In an effort to create a true open source community around Bondware and EASE, EdgeNet has created www.easeforum.com. The easeforum is the central repository for software, information and support for all EASE based products. As such, EdgeNet encourages the use of the easeforum as the primary technical support vehicle for Bondware and EASE. All support questions should be posed in the forums section of www.easeforum.com. By creating a tech support dialog on the easeforum, we will build a knowledge base accessible to all participants in the EASE community and foster the exchange of information within the membership group. Telephone support will be available at a cost of $75 per hour.
