New features implemented for Bondware in the last two weeks include: 1. Admins can now select product placement category when creating or editing a product. This has been a priority for customers who enter a large number of orders using the Bondware product form. 2. The new Communications section under Admin|Membership allows admins to control the text displayed on the member signup form. This was done to help associations and other member based organizations eliminate user confusion over joining the web site vs. joining the organization. 3. Admins can now optionally allow backorder sales of a product when inventory reaches zero. Some organizations who have a fluid inventory prefer to book the order and then address the backorder situation separately. 4. A new Archive view allows users to scroll thru the archived articles by headline. Some customers reported that the current Archive view was limiting and required too much effort to look at all past articles. 5. "Referral Source" and "User Referral" have been added to the admin membership view. 6. Admins can customize the list of credit cards accepted in a bondware store. Some merchants will choose to offer VISA/MC support but never take AMEX cards. 7. Admins can now enter custom HTML code into the link publisher. 8. Several reports have been added to support analysis of e-commerce activity under Admin|E-Commerce Reports. This includes the "Best Selling Products" and "Best Customers" reports.
