| Subject: EASE News - Bondare 1.6.5 & WaterCooler Beta This weeks release of Bondware 1.6.5 marks 11 consecutive weeks of steady improvements to the Bondware product. We did not send an email newsletter with last week's release of Bondware 1.6.4 so those new features and fixes are included here. Bondware 1.6.5 which is now ready for download at http://www.easeforum.com/?download_section_id=10 Summary of changes in Bondware Release 1.6.5 -------------------------------------------- New Features 1. Removed the limit of 160 pixels for the logo, allowing users to put larger logos on the front page 2. Added support for uploading graphics as the links in the Link Publisher 3. Added a new Directory functionality that can be used for classified ads or as a resource list for members. Also brought access to the directory under control of the Subscription module and integrated with all the Bondware templates. 4. Added the ability for EASE affiliates to enter their EASE Affiliate Id and make the bottom logo a link for signing up new customers new EASE customers. Fixes 1. Minor graphical tweaks on some of the templates to improve display WaterCooler Beta Testing ------------------------ Our thanks to those of you who are helping beta test the new WaterCooler application. Your feedback will be invaluable in making WaterCooler the best web-based Intranet software available. The 1.0 release is probably a couple of weeks out. The current beta version of WaterCooler can be accessed at http://host1.edgenet.com/~cooler. Login with username 'admin' and password 'admin' for admin access to the system. As admin, you can create other users to simulate office usage. Pricing changes for EdgeNet Hosted Sites ---------------------------------------- Of interest to EdgeNet Affiliates, on August 1, EdgeNet will begin to bill for ancillary services associated with hosting sites. This includes domain names and email addresses.
