Oak Highlands is a new subdivison of some 350 homes in the southern section of Nashville, Tennessee. The very active homeowner's association uses their Bondware site to post news and events, for posting"lost and found" items and to announce garage sales. The association now has several local advertisers interested in helping them defray the cost of their community website.

Home owner associations find Bondware is affordable, easy-to-use and can be updated quickly by board members or a volunteer in the neighborhood. In addition to Oak Highlands, Woodland-In-Waverly Poplar Creek Estates, Four Seasons Condominiums, Jefferson Square Condominiums, and the Tennessee Chapter of the Community Associations Institute use Bondware regularly.
