Subject: EASE News - Bondare 1.6.3 & WaterCooler Beta

This weeks release of Bondware 1.6.3 marks 9 consecutive weeks
of steady improvements to the Bondware product. Your suggestions
in the Discussion areas have been invaluable in this process. In
fact, we've had more good suggestions than we've been able to
implement. Please be patient with us as many of our development
resources have been dedicated to the new WaterCooler product.

New Features
- Added time online to the members online page and improved layout
- Added ability to attach links or pictures to replies in the
discussions

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug in the HTML code on in the member navigation image
arrows on the subscription page on the admin side
- Added the online members link to the navigation bar for some
older templates
- Fixed the Display of the colors in the front page templates when
displaying users & time online
- Fixed a typo in an error message for form validation for the username
- Fixed a bug in a regular expression in checking for a valid new
username in checkout.ez

Watercooler Beta Now Ready for Testing

The easeforum.com staff is pleased to announce a publicly accessible
beta version of the new WaterCooler product. Frankly, we've had
serious internal debate about releasing a beta version to the public
prior to completing polished graphics for the product, but in the
end we decided that obtaining feedback from potential resellers
and customers early in the process would likely speed our efforts.

WaterCooler is intended as a web based intranet product. A
minimalist design approach has been applied to this initial
version and new features will be added over time. Basic
features include: staff directory, projects, calendar,
todo lists (tasks), and discussions.

This Beta version does not include final graphics and should be
reviewed primarily for functionality and navigation at this point.
This product is a totally new code base developed with an emphasis on
speed and usability. We would greatly appreciate any constructive
feedback. We ask that you post your feedback in the WaterCooler
discussion area at easeforum.com.

WaterCooler .5 Beta can be accessed at
http://host1.edgenet.com/~cooler.
Login with username 'admin' and password 'admin' for admin access
to the system. Please do not enter private information as this system
will be open to the public. As admin, you can create other users to
simulate office usage.

Currently plans are to license this product of a very reasonable
per seat, per month basis but we have not reached a final conclusion.
