Belmont University is a liberal arts college based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Among their many schools are the Colleges of Arts Sciences, Health Sciences, Visual & Performance Arts, Entertainment & Music Business, and Business Administration.

The mission of the College of Business Administration is "to be an innovative learning center of distinction characterized by active learning and scholarly exploration." They want to equip students to be ready for a successful career in the field of business in many aspects, from economics to management and everything in between.

The College of Business Administration needed a quick- and easy-to-use platform to highlight its 2005 Student Trip to China. It needed to be able to cover all aspects of the students' trip, as well as offer a chance for particpants to give input on the experience and comment on site content.

With Bondware's broad range of Internet solutions, this task was quickly tackled. Administrators were able to manage site content and layout, and participants were able to quickly join the site and blog about their experience and comment on coverage of the trip.

Using Bondware's news features, administrators created a student contact directory, as well as a directory of contact information for both Belmont and China faculty involved with the trip.

Using Bondware's File Library module, they were also able to create a photo gallery of pictures taken by faulty and students during the trip. As a cool bonus, administrators set up RSS news feeds of news headlines from China.
